Student Support Services

Scholars receive counsel from and develop graduation plans with their assigned guidance counselor throughout their high school years. Counselors provide support and encouragement and challenge scholars to recognize and capitalize on their unique strengths and talents to achieve their post-high school goals. We also offer academic, emotional, and personal support.

Educational Counseling

We want to give our scholars every opportunity to succeed academically. Our guidance department provides educational counseling focused on the scholar’s performance in school and advisement in the course selection process. Scholars, counselors, teachers, parents, or other school personnel may initiate counseling sessions.

Please contact the academic counselors below.

Tutoring

We offer our scholars peer-to-peer tutoring through members of the National Honors Society. To set up tutoring sessions, please see your academic counselors for more information.

Are you interested in becoming a Peer-to-Peer Tutor?
Tutoring is a great way to volunteer your time and provide a valuable service to your school community. To volunteer, please see Ms. Thomas to confirm you qualify as a National Honors Society Scholar.
